What's a concurrent user?
It's a user using Arandu at the same time as others. You can create unlimited accounts; what you pay for is how many people use the app at once. For example, an Individual license (1 concurrent user) with 50 accounts created lets 1 person use the app at any given moment; everyone else waits for a seat to free up. If you need more simultaneous users, you move up a plan or go Enterprise.
How does the license heartbeat work?
Every 7 days, Arandu sends a heartbeat to the License Server with minimal metadata: instance identifier, software version and a signed timestamp. If the heartbeat fails (network issues or similar), you get a 14-day grace period before the API locks. Your users' data is never transmitted.
What happens if I cancel or my license expires?
If the license expires without renewal, the inference API locks, but the console remains accessible for license management and data export. Your data is never deleted or held hostage. You can export it at any time.
